    • My theoretical background comprises of a financial bachelor degree from The Copenhagen Business School supplemented with a Masters Degree in International E-Business from the Copenhagen IT University.In order to further improve my theoretical background I have been a lecturer for 3 higher educational steps in economic models and programming for The Copenhagen Business School, the IT University, Copenhagen as well as the Faculty of Lifescience University of Copenhagen (former KVL). My first large assignment was to assist in developing an E-learning system for the Commercial Bachelor Degree and the international remote educational system for the MBA degree.In order to find a solid balance between all the theoretical learning and the practical use of same I already started my “business life” when I was in High School and moved on until I formed my own company DOCEA in 2006 which employed 50+ staff. However I moved to Thailand in 2007 as I find this part of the world the future playground and basis for doing better business and I want to participate in this exiting scenario. Thai law is different if you buy a condominium (an apartment) or a house and land.

Buying a condominium (apartment)

The legal aspects are clear, simple and safe and it’s easy for a foreigner to buy a condominium and get the deed in his name.

The buyer can trust that after the deed has been registered and transferred in his name there is no dept or any outstanding payments from the previous owner.

Foreigners can own up to 49% of all apartments in an apartment building measured by square meters. When you buy an apartment you therefore need to make sure the seller guarantees that you can be legally registered as the owner.

Rayong, Ban Phe Aquarium

Take a boat trip around the Kho Samet Island and 4 other islands. Visit the fishing village Ban Pe, which is a typical Thai village. Go shopping in Rayong City and visit the night market, the aquarium, the botanic mini garden, the fruit gardens, the fishing harbor, or visit one of the five golf courses within 45 minutes from Rayong.

Go on a daytime or nighttime boat trip with the local fisherman. Have an unforgettable dinner in the jungle restaurant (Cleaik Forest) or enjoy seafood in the traditional Thai way at prices impossible in other places.

Rent a motorcycle and visit some of the virginal beaches. You will find small natural beaches that you couldn’t imagine existed. Visit Wang Kaw garden in the afternoon sun and see the monkeys come out from the jungle.
