The price for each condominium is based on “bought as is”. The apartments can directly be transferred to foreigners.

Meter and deposit for electricity is 3,400 Baht
Monthly payment for management and maintenance is 25 Baht per square meter, e.g. 1,000 Baht per month for a 40 m2 apartment including fire insurance, operation and maintenance of the building.
Outside renovation and improvement of the building
If the apartment is bought after March 31st the first installments must be paid together with the payment for the apartment.
If the buyer pays the full amount together with the payment for the apartment a 5% discount will be given.
Inner renovation of the apartments:
The apartments are in a condition where most of them only need cleaning before moving in. However, the apartments have not been used for some time and the following renovation packages can be offered:
Laying of standard floor tiles, painting of the walls, checking of electricity and water and cleaning and checking the bathroom. Price 27,500 Baht.
Same as package 1, but with a new bathroom including tiles, shower cabinet and new sanitary appliances and fixtures. Total price including package 1 is 95,000 Baht.
Furnishing and decoration:
Total price: 115,000 Baht
As package 1, but with a corner sofa (instead of sofa + chair) which can be used as a double bed for 2 persons, including mattress and bed sheets. Furthermore a built-in cupboard with a kitchenette, 2 cooking plates, refrigerator, exhaust hood and microwave oven.
Total price is 175,000 Baht
